We’re proud to let you know that all our products are stocked and personalized right here in Sydney, Australia! This means faster processing and quality craftsmanship you can trust. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your one-of-a-kind gift to you.

Order Processing Time

We work hard to ensure your order is personalized and shipped as quickly as possible.

  • Personalized Orders: Any order placed before 5 PM is personalized the same day and shipped the next business day. (For orders placed after 5 PM, please add an extra business day for processing. While we’ll do our best to ship these orders the next business day, we can’t guarantee it—but we’ll always try to work our magic!)
  • Non-Personalized Orders: Shipped the next business day after your order is placed.


Delivery Options & Costs

We use Australia Post for all deliveries:

  • Standard Delivery (with tracking):
    Cost: $AUD10
    FREE for orders over $AUD49!
    Delivery Speed:

    • NSW: 2–4 business days
    • Interstate: 3–6 business days

 

  • Express Delivery (with tracking):
    Cost: $AUD15

    FREE for orders over $AUD99!
    Delivery Speed:

    • NSW: 1–2+ business days
    • Interstate: 1–3+ business days

     


When Will I Receive My Order?

Here’s how to calculate delivery time:

  1. Add 1 business day for processing (if your order is placed before 5 PM).
  2. Add the shipping time based on your chosen delivery method (Standard or Express).

Example:

If you place an order on Monday at 4 PM for Standard Delivery:

  • We’ll personalize it on Monday and ship it on Tuesday.
  • If you’re in NSW, your order will arrive between Thursday and Saturday (2–4 business days after shipping).


International Delivery

We use Australia Post International Standard (with tracking) and the price is fixed at $AUD20. (Will be converted to your local currency at checkout).
